Refund policy

Returns (30 Days)

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
  • We understand clients must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial/no refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except when we made an error.

How to start a return:
Email info@platpeak.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and reason. We’ll reply with simple instructions. Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue your refund and email confirmation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To cancel, email info@platpeak.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, we can’t intercept it; any refunds will exclude shipping once in transit.

Fraud Prevention

We verify billing and shipping information on every order. Orders that fail verification may be canceled and refunded to protect our clientele.

Orders Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

  • If tracking shows Delivered and you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.
  • We’ll assist you in opening a carrier investigation/claim. Any reimbursement depends on the carrier’s decision. Successful claims can take 1–6 weeks or longer, and approval isn’t guaranteed.
  • If a carrier confirms misdelivery or loss, we’ll credit or replace the item(s) promptly.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and product to info@platpeak.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may ask that the item be returned for inspection. After review, we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
  • If the carrier is at fault, we’ll handle the claim on your behalf and credit you once confirmed.

Extra Information:

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
